​What is it?
​Pathway to Your Future is a job training and life skills program designed to prepare high school students for the transition into adulthood.
​
Through hands-on experience and career-focused learning, students gain the tools, confidence, and certifications needed to pursue employment opportunities after graduation.

Career Exploration
Exposure to different career paths and industries
Paid Work Experience
Earn income while gaining hands-on, real-world experience
Job Readiness
Develop workplace skills like communication, responsibility, and time management.
Certification Opportunities
Build credentials to strengthen resume and support post-graduation employment

Monday–Friday | 2:30–5:30 PM

Students gain hands-on experience by assisting in our after-school classrooms.

What Pathways do:

Support younger students with activities and learning

Assist with classroom structure and supervision

Construction​​

Wednesdays | 2:30–5:30 PM
​
Students are transported to C.T. Gabbert Construction for hands-on training.

Learn basic carpentry and building skills
